helpful staff convenient location easy access small room limited space inadequate soundproofing
the staff was helpful in organizing taxis. they assisted with transport from the airport to the port. the location was convenient for getting around. it was easy to access different areas.
the room i stayed in was very small. there was not much space to open my luggage. i also found the soundproofing to be inadequate. i could hear noise between the rooms.

small room uncomfortable air conditioning
the location was near many tourist spots so walking to see them was easy
the room i booked was far smaller than i expected it was not comfortable there was not enough space for luggage. the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed i found it hard to sleep well each night

perfect location historical sites really good service clean room
the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to key historical sites! staff members veysel, yasin, and najib offered really good service. they were kind and helpful, i received useful information from them. i found the rooms clean.
my room was a bit smaller than i initially expected.

The hotel provided parking assistance even without having its own parking. This was very useful. the hotel ensures constant cleanliness throughout all its premises. i felt very secure at all times, reassuring.

the front desk staff was professional and very knowledgeable. ozkar at reception provided excellent area information. staff members samih and eman offered helpful support . berat was amazing at reception and was always ready to help.

soft linens lovely ambiance attentive service
Our superior double room had a lovely ambiance, the linens feel so soft against my skin. breakfast featured a beautiful spread, the pastries seemed to melt in my mouth. i appreciated the attentive service. The staff offered to help with my bags.
